Sopas Recipe: Ingredients & Preparation:
- 1 tub (250 g) MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS ALL-AROUND CHICKEN PANGSAHOG
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 can (340 g) evaporated milk
- 1/2 pc cabbage, sliced
- 1 pc carrot, small-sized, diced
- 1-1/2 cups elbow macaroni
- 6-8 cups water
- 3-4 pc hotdog, sliced
- 2-3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1-2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 pc (100 g) chicken liver (optional)
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a wok/casserole over medium heat. Sauté Magnolia All-Around Pangsahog, hotdog & chicken liver for 4-5 minutes until brown.
- Add carrots, celery & cabbage; sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Pour water and let it boil. Add macaroni & cook for 9-10 minutes.
- Pour evaporated milk while stirring. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
