Cisco Systems, Inc., is set to present at PLDT Enterprise’s Philippine Digital Convention 2020 which will be held between October 28 to October 30, 2020.
Cisco, the worldwide leader in technology that powers the Internet, inspires new possibilities by reimagining your applications, securing your data, transforming your infrastructure, and empowering your teams for a global and inclusive future, will be represented at PH Digicon by Sanjay Kaul, President, Service Provider, Asia-Pacific & Japan.
Mr. Kaul is a highly respected industry leader and ICT professional with over 25 years of experience in multi-national environments across Europe, Asia Pacific, Japan, and Africa. Prior to joining Cisco, he was the EVP and CU head of Ericsson, before assuming the Managing Director of Cisco Systems India and South Asia role. He has also worked with BT Group and Telia Swedtel.
He is set to talk on the second day of PH Digicon 2020 about Reimagining Possible: Towards Resilient Digital Enterprises —a look at the Cisco partnership with PLDT and how Enterprises in the Philippines will benefit from the modern network being built.
Mr. Kaul has provided strategic advice to telecommunication companies on topics such as Mobile, Wireline, Broadcasting, Web, Media Players, and ISPs. During his tenure as a Management Consultant, Mr. Kaul has advised policymakers on various strategic, technology, and operational issues.
He founded and is President of Mridu Kaul Foundation (MKF) Angel Home & Academy, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving orphans, destitute, and abandoned children. A graduate of the National Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School, Mr. Kaul authored the book “Business Models for Sustainable Telecoms Growth” which was published by Wiley’s.
Carrying the theme, “IMPACT”, this year’s PH Digicon aims to inspire attendees to embrace the call of making a positive impact on society through the adoption of innovations and technologies set to define the new future of work.
The fully virtual PH Digicon 2020 will be hosted and moderated by PLDT FVP & Head of Group Corporate Communications Cathy Yang. The event is free and open to all across the Asia Pacific region and serves as a venue for global digital thought leaders, mavens, and pioneers who will come together to discuss technological solutions in their respective regions.
